As a Bottling Operator in the alcohol industry, you are responsible for overseeing the bottling and packaging processes of our alcoholic beverages. Responsibilities

  • Bottling Process: Operate bottling machinery efficiently, ensuring proper settings and adjustments.
  • Filling and Capping: Ensure accurate filling and sealing of bottles, verifying product integrity.
  • Labeling: Oversee the application of labels and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor product quality during bottling and packaging, reporting any deviations or defects.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure and hygienic work environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and quality checks.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of bottling equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor packaging material levels and report shortages as needed.
  • Product Handling: Safely handle and transport finished products within the facility.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in production, quality control, and logistics to support bottling efforts and contribute to the overall success of our alcohol manufacturing facility.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Previous experience as a Bottling Operator or in a related role, preferably in the alcohol or beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in operating bottling and packaging machinery.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Attention to detail and precision in bottling processes.
  • Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
