Responsibilities

  • Equipment Operation: Operate food processing machinery efficiently, ensuring proper settings and adjustments.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and handle raw materials and ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
  • Quality Control: Monitor product quality and report any deviations or defects.
  • Cooking and Processing: Oversee cooking, baking, or other processing methods, following established procedures.
  • Sanitation: Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, following sanitation protocols.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure and sanitary work environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of production data, process parameters, and quality checks.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient and product levels and report shortages as needed.
  • Equipment Cleaning: Perform basic cleaning and sanitation of equipment after use.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in quality control, maintenance, and packaging to ensure the smooth operation of food processing and contribute to the overall success of our food manufacturing facility.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Food Processing Operator or in a related role, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in operating food processing equipment and machinery.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in food processing.
  • Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
