Forklift Operator

Responsibilities
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials, ingredients, and finished products within the facility.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials and products to designated locations.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, storage, and organization to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure and hygienic work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of material movements, including receipts, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and inspections of forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Product Handling: Safely handle and transfer finished products within the facility.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in production, quality control, and warehouse to support material handling needs and contribute to the overall success of our alcohol manufacturing facility
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certification and previous experience as a Forklift Operator.
- Proficiency in forklift operation and material handling practices.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in material handling.
- Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
