Responsibilities

  • Product Inspection: Conduct meticulous inspections of cosmetic products to identify defects, ensuring they meet established quality standards.
  • Quality Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspection findings and ensure proper documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production and quality control teams to address quality issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Analyze defects to determine their underlying causes and collaborate on corrective actions.
  • Sample Testing: Collect and test samples to verify consistency and quality.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a secure and sanitary work environment.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure products comply with cosmetic industry regulations and standards.
  • Continuous Enhancement: Suggest process improvements and quality enhancements.
  • Training: Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality inspection standards and procedures as required.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an inspector or in a related quality assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing or cosmetics industry.
  • Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify defects and deviations from quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with production and quality control teams.
  • Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Familiarity with cosmetic industry regulations is advantageous.
