Responsibilities

  • Inspections: Conduct comprehensive inspections and assessments of production processes, materials, and finished products.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, including deviations and corrective actions taken.
  • Quality Checks: Perform quality checks on various stages of production, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during inspections.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Non-Conformance Reporting: Identify and report any deviations or defects, and assist in corrective actions.
  • Product Sampling: Collect and analyze product samples for quality and safety assessment.
  • Communication: Collaborate with production and quality control teams to address inspection findings and improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance product quality, safety, and production processes.
  • Training: Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on quality and safety practices.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Inspector, preferably in the alcohol or food production industry.
  • Proficiency in inspection techniques, equipment, and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inspections.
  • Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
