Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of cosmetics and materials.
  • Receiving: Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and products.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Quality Control: Verify that products meet quality standards during receiving and shipping.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments.
  • Inventory Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and reorder materials and products as needed.
  • Inventory Audits: Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a secure and sanitary work environment.
  • Material Handling: Safely handle and move inventory, including the use of equipment if applicable.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that inventory practices comply with cosmetic industry regulations and standards.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Inventory Coordinator or in a related role, preferably in cosmetics or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Familiarity with cosmetic industry regulations and compliance is advantageous.
