Inventory Coordinator
As an Inventory Coordinator in the alcohol industry, you are responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records of materials, ingredients, and finished products within our facility. Your role is critical in ensuring that inventory levels are optimized, preventing shortages or overages, and supporting production and distribution processes. Responsibilities
- Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate records of materials, ingredients, and finished products using inventory management software.
- Inventory Counts: Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages or overages.
- Order Management: Monitor inventory levels and initiate orders for materials and ingredients as needed to support production.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols when handling inventory items.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts and withdrawals.
- Waste Management: Properly dispose of waste materials generated during inventory processes.
- Product Handling: Safely handle and transfer inventory items within the facility.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in production, quality control, and warehouse to support inventory needs and contribute to the overall success of our alcohol manufacturing facility
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Coordinator or in a related role, preferably in the alcohol or beverage industry.
- Proficiency in inventory management practices and software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
