Responsibilities

  • Machine Operation: Operate and monitor specialized cosmetic production machinery with precision and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet strict quality standards by maintaining optimal machine settings.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and address technical issues that may arise during production, minimizing downtime.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform regular equipment maintenance and cleaning to prevent disruptions.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure and hygienic work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and managing inventory of machine parts and materials.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, maintenance, and production output.
  • Training: Train and mentor new machine operators as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest process enhancements to optimize production efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality cosmetics.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a machine operator, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects as required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and hygiene standards.
