Responsibilities

  • Machine Setup: Prepare and set up production machinery for each manufacturing run.
  • Machine Operation: Operate machinery efficiently, monitoring the process for quality and efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and quality checks of products to ensure they meet standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and machinery malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs on machinery.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production data, and quality checks.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor material levels and report shortages as needed.
  • Batch Testing: Conduct tests to verify that products meet taste, texture, and quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in production, quality control, and maintenance to support machine operation efforts and contribute to the overall success of our alcohol manufacturing facility

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or alcohol production setting.
  • Proficiency in operating production machinery and equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Attention to detail and precision in machine operation.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
