Responsibilities

- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and machinery malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs on machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production data, and quality checks.
- Inventory Management: Monitor material levels and report shortages as needed.
- Batch Testing: Conduct tests to verify that products meet taste, texture, and quality standards.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or alcohol production setting.
- Proficiency in operating production machinery and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Attention to detail and precision in machine operation.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
