  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical problems as they arise during production.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure and hygienic work environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Equipment Handling: Safely handle and operate maintenance equipment and tools.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance parts and supplies.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that maintenance practices comply with cosmetic industry regulations and standards.
  • Training: Provide training and guidance to production personnel on equipment use and maintenance.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and production teams to support overall maintenance goals, contributing to the efficient and reliable production of cosmetics.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related role, preferably in cosmetics or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems, depending on the specific maintenance focus.
  • Troubleshooting skills and the ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Familiarity with cosmetic industry regulations is advantageous.
