Responsibilities

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during maintenance activities.
  • Spare Parts Management: Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and request replacements as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment histories.
  • Equipment Upgrades: Participate in equipment upgrades and modifications to improve efficiency and safety.
  • Training: Stay updated on equipment and maintenance practices through training programs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with production teams to prioritize and address maintenance needs.
  • Emergency Response: Be available for on-call or emergency maintenance situations to ensure minimal production disruptions.

  • Technical certification or relevant maintenance experience.
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in the alcohol or manufacturing industry.
