Responsibilities

  • Material Movement: Safely transport materials and products within the facility using appropriate equipment and methods.
  • Receiving: Receive and inspect incoming materials and products, verifying accuracy and quality.
  • Storage: Properly store materials and products in designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare materials and products for production or shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in conducting periodic inventory counts.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of material movements and inventory transactions.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure and hygienic work environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (if applicable).
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that material handling practices comply with cosmetic industry regulations and standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to support the overall supply chain process and facilitate smooth production operations.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a related role, preferably in cosmetics or a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in material handling and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if required).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and products.
  • Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Familiarity with cosmetic industry regulations is advantageous.
