Material Handler

As a Material Handler in the alcohol industry, you are responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials, ngredients, and products within our facility. Responsibilities

  • Material Movement: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and transport materials, ingredients, and finished products within the facility.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, storage, and organization to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Order Fulfillment: Retrieve materials and products from designated storage areas to fulfill production and shipping orders.
  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming materials and products for damage or discrepancies.
  • Equipment Handling: Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety procedures.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure and hygienic work environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of material movements and inventory transactions.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a related role, preferably in the alcohol or beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in material handling practices and equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in material handling.
  • Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
