Responsibilities

  • Mixing Operations: Operate mixing equipment efficiently, ensuring proper settings and adjustments.
  • Recipe Adherence: Follow recipes and instructions to accurately measure and combine ingredients.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished mixes, reporting any deviations or defects.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of mixing data, ingredient usage, and quality checks.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient levels and report shortages as needed.
  • Sanitation: Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, following sanitation protocols.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure and sanitary work environment.
  • Mixing Consistency: Ensure that mixing processes maintain uniformity and consistency.
  • Batch Testing: Conduct tests to verify that mixes meet taste, texture, and quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in production, quality control, and packaging to support mixing efforts and contribute to the overall success of our food manufacturing facility.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Mixing Operator or in a related role, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in operating mixing equipment and following recipes accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Attention to detail and precision in mixing processes.
  • Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
