Responsibilities

  • Production Line Operation: Operate machinery and equipment on the production line, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Food Preparation: Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality and report any deviations or defects.
  • Packaging: Package and label food products, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Sanitation: Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, following sanitation protocols.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Documentation: Record production data and maintain accurate records of quantities produced.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient and packaging material levels and report shortages.
  • Machine Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks and assist with equipment setup and changeovers.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth production operations and contribute to the overall success of our food processing facility.
