Your responsibilities include conducting inspections, tests, and evaluations at various stages of production to identify and address quality issues.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Inspections: Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of production, from raw materials to finished products.
  • Testing: Perform tests and analyses to ensure product attributes meet established standards, including taste, texture, and alcohol content.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of quality control data, including test results and inspection reports.
  • Product Sampling: Collect and analyze product samples for quality assessment.
  • Documentation: Review and maintain quality control documentation and procedures.
  • Non-Conformance Reporting: Identify and report any quality deviations or defects, and assist in corrective actions.
  • Quality Audits: Participate in internal quality audits to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during quality control activities.
  • Communication: Collaborate with production and other departments to address quality issues and improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing efforts to improve product quality and production processes.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector, preferably in the alcohol or food production industry.
  • Proficiency in quality control techniques, equipment, and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in quality assessments.
  • Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
