As a Safety Coordinator in the cosmetics industry, your primary responsibility is to ensure a safe and secure work environment for all employees. You play a critical role in implementing and maintaining safety programs, procedures, and protocols, helping to protect the well-being of our team members and the integrity of our operations.

Responsibilities
- Safety Programs: Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Training: Conduct safety training sessions for employees and ensure that they are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
- Hazard Identification: Identify potential safety hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Incident Response: Manage and investigate workplace incidents, accidents, or near-misses, and implement corrective measures.
- Safety Audits: Conduct safety inspections and audits to assess compliance and recommend improvements.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop and oversee emergency response plans and procedures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Safety Culture: Promote a safety-conscious culture by fostering awareness and accountability among employees.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance safety processes and procedures, implementing best practices to prevent incidents.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Safety Coordinator or in a related role, preferably in the cosmetics or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset for safety.
