Sanitation Technician

As a Sanitation Technician in the food industry, your critical role is to ensure that our food processing facilities and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. Responsibilities
- Equipment Disassembly: Disassemble and prepare production equipment for thorough cleaning.

- Inspections: Conduct sanitation inspections to ensure that equipment and facilities meet cleanliness and safety standards.
- Chemical Handling: Safely handle and mix cleaning chemicals following prescribed procedures.
- Waste Disposal: Properly dispose of waste and used cleaning materials, adhering to environmental and safety regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sanitation activities, including cleaning schedules and inspection reports.
- Hygiene Practices: Follow personal hygiene practices and wear appropriate protective gear during sanitation tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure and sanitary work environment.
- Equipment Assembly: Reassemble equipment after cleaning and ensure it is ready for production use.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Sanitation Technician or in a related role, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in sanitation techniques and equipment use.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in sanitation processes.
