Sanitation Technician
As a Sanitation Technician in the alcohol industry, your primary role is to ensure that our manufacturing facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You play a critical role in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for the production of alcoholic beverages. Your responsibilities nclude cleaning and sanitizing equipment, production areas, and utensils to prevent contamination and ensure product quality.

Responsibilities
- Sanitation Procedures: Follow established sanitation procedures to clean and sanitize equipment, production areas, and utensils.
- Cleaning Schedule: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules to maintain a hygienic facility.
- Chemical Handling: Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals and sanitizers according to manufacturer instructions.
- Equipment Disassembly: Disassemble and clean production equipment and machinery to prevent contamination.
- Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections to ensure cleanliness and report any deviations or issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure and hygienic work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sanitation activities, including cleaning logs and chemical usage.
- Waste Disposal: Properly dispose of waste and sanitation materials in accordance with regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish sanitation supplies and chemicals as needed.
- Communication: Collaborate with colleagues in production and quality control to address sanitation-related concerns and contribute to the overall success of our alcohol manufacturing facility
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Sanitation Technician or in a related role, preferably in the alcohol or food production industry.
- Proficiency in sanitation practices and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning and sanitizing processes.
- Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
