Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming cosmetic products and materials.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Quality Control: Conduct periodic inspections to verify the condition and quality of stored products.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipping and receiving, and product movements.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient, optimizing storage space.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure and hygienic warehouse environment.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (if applicable) safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Replenishment: Monitor and reorder supplies and materials as needed.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that warehouse operations comply with cosmetic industry regulations and standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to facilitate smooth warehouse operations and support the overall supply chain process.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a related role, preferably in cosmetics or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and records.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if required).
- Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Familiarity with cosmetic industry regulations is advantageous.
