Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming cosmetic products and materials.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Quality Control: Conduct periodic inspections to verify the condition and quality of stored products.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipping and receiving, and product movements.
  • Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient, optimizing storage space.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure and hygienic warehouse environment.
  • Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (if applicable) safely and efficiently.
  • Inventory Replenishment: Monitor and reorder supplies and materials as needed.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that warehouse operations comply with cosmetic industry regulations and standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to facilitate smooth warehouse operations and support the overall supply chain process.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a related role, preferably in cosmetics or a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and records.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if required).
  • Adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Familiarity with cosmetic industry regulations is advantageous.
