Deb Damhof - Vice President, Operations
Deb Damhof joined Resource Employment Solutions in April 2024 and brings more than three decades of staffing, recruiting, and operational leadership to her role as Vice President of Operations. She oversees RES operations, recruitment, and service delivery teams nationwide, ensuring that every client and field employee receives consistent, efficient, and high-quality support.
Deb is known for her strategic mindset and hands-on approach. She leads multi-site operations, guides cross-functional teams, and develops scalable workforce strategies that strengthen performance, compliance, and culture. Her leadership blends big-picture thinking with practical execution, ensuring RES remains adaptive, people-focused, and positioned for long-term success.
Before joining RES, Deb built a distinguished career across the staffing industry. She began as an entry-level recruiter and advanced into leadership roles, including Account Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and Vice President of Sales and Service Development for a Minneapolis-based staffing firm specializing in light industrial, administrative, and accounting recruitment. She later served with a boutique staffing firm supporting supply chain, procurement, and logistics, and then transitioned to a global staffing organization where she oversaw large onsite programs across the Midwest. Most recently, she led delivery, operations, and recruitment initiatives across multiple regions, designing customized service models and enhancing workforce solutions for clients nationwide.
At her core, Deb believes staffing is a relationship business—rooted in listening, understanding, and connecting people to opportunities that elevate careers and organizations. Her integrity, collaboration, and commitment to service excellence continue to inspire the RES teams she leads.
Outside of work, Deb lives in Victoria, Minnesota, with her husband and their 8-year-old Shi-poo. She enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, biking Minnesota’s trails, and attending theatre productions and concerts. A proud Iowa native, she credits her farm upbringing for instilling the hard work and humility that guide her leadership today.
